We offer and are committed to teaching beginner’s and advanced cake decorating techniques inclusive of gum paste, flower molding, rolled fondant, sugar molding, marzipan and chocolate molding.Future cake designers will make, assemble and decorate stunning three-tiered wedding cakes through the use of specialty fillings, frostings, decorations and skilled techniques. Students will be challenged with designing and creating a cake for "clients" with specific requirements and concerns to be addressed. Join us!
